Welcome to Labrador Rescue.
--------------------------------------------------------
Labrador rescue is a responsible rescue who have a formal adoption procedure which is strictly adhered to. The process involves the completion of an application form, discussions and vet or home checks. For full details please read our Adopting a Labrador section. This process can take a little time but it is extremely important to help us not only to find a suitable home for a dog, but also the right dog to become part of your family. We ask for your patience and co-operation if you are interested in adopting a Labrador from us - remember, you may have owned a dog all your life and be very experienced but we have only just met you and our main priority is to ensure the dogs we rehome, have a new loving forever home that will last.

Based in Eccleston, Chorley, labrador rescue is here to offer help to anyone who needs to find a new home (for whatever reason), for their much loved Labrador. Labrador Rescue is an independant rescue, in no way
connected with any other Labrador rescues, especially in the north west.
Circumstances and lifestyles change and what we thought was forever sometimes isn't so we are here to help you. All calls are treated in the strictest confidence.
Our main aim is to find the right home for your Labrador where he/she will be cared for and loved for the rest of his/her life.

---------------------------------------------------------
Opening your heart, and your home to an unwanted or homeless Labrador will be one of the most rewarding experiences you will ever have. These dogs are full of love and simply need someone to show them love and kindness and give them a second chance in life with a new forever home.
One of the dogs in the picture above was rescued and given a new home where he found love, warmth and a sister to play with. Could you find it in your heart to bring happiniess like this to a needy Labrador?
If you are not in a position to home a dog, you could also support Labrador Rescue and the work we do by making a small donation or by joining our sponsorship programme where you could help a dog needing long term care.
