Cosy Nook is situated adjacent to the Staffordshire Way in an idyllic rural location.

Whilst ideal for walkers, being on the crossroads of a number of scenic country walks, it is also ideally located for exploring the Peak District, visiting Alton Towers, and visiting the china shops and shopping centres of the Potteries. Excellent country pub/restaurant within easy walking distance.

Accommodation

Quality accommodation.
Detached and set in its own private, enclosed and attractive gardens which include a barbecue, arbour, seating areas, patio, and lawn. Own outdoor clothes drying facilities.
With full double glazing and gas central heating, Cosy Nook is ideal for a holiday any time of the year.
No extra charge for central heating.
Electricity is by £1 coin meter. Usually costs between £3 to £7 per week depending on equipment used.
Off road parking.
Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
All bed linen, towels, bathrobes, tea towels etc are provided at no extra cost.
The kitchen is fully equipped including washer/dryer, full size electric oven/grill, four ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, food processor, toaster, coffee maker etc.
In the lounge/diner, the beamed ceiling, woodblock floor, and living flame gas fire create a 'cosy nook'. 21" TV, video, hi-fi and selection of videos and CDs, games etc for entertainment. Sky TV and movies channels.
The bedroom has twin single beds with comfortable mattresses and there is ample storage space for clothes.
Spacious, attractive bathroom. Overbath shower. Toiletries are provided.
Welcoming tea, coffee, milk, and sugar ensure a good start to your holiday and often there are little extras such as our own free-range eggs when available.

The yacht is based in Skiathos in the Aegean, easily reached by direct charter flight from the UK. She will take up to 4 adults or a family and is equipped to a very high standard.

All the islands in the Sporades group can be reached in a week and there’s plenty to do both on board and ashore. Children love it!

Beginners and experienced sailors equally welcome!

The skipper is a highly experienced RYA Yachtmaster Instructor who has been chartering in the area for many years and knows all the best places to go, whether you want the high life or peace and quiet.

The yacht has 2 sleeping cabins (duvets & bed linen provided), a comfortable saloon, well-equipped galley with cooker and fridge, shower (H & C) & WC, and a bathing platform and deck shower. All the usual sailing and safety gear is on board.

At night, after a delicious meal in one of the local tavernas, you can sleep in the cockpit under the stars – bliss!
