Belated thank you for all your kind words - been a bit hectic so am only just catching up. I still miss her dreadfully, but being busy with the other dogs does help, it's not as bad as coming back to an empty house. And knowing it was 100% the right thing to do for her sake does make it easier to bear - as does having a community like this where people understand!
