A worrying time

Post by Glenys »

As a lot of you know it's been a very tough year so far with the big rescue Daisy and pups poor Maggie our vet bills are through the roof we also have a few supported dogs Skye (skin) kipper, Miss Ellie and several others plus neutering
Approx our vet bills are standing at £8571.03 and it's only May
A worrying situation for a small rescue .
I'm thinking of another crowd fundraiser but in the meantime if anyone would like to help the PayPal details are on this site

Our bank details are Labrador rescue
Santander bank
Sort code 09-06-66
Acc 40136010
Ref veterinary costs
I absolutely hate putting the begging bowl out
but these have been the toughest challenges we have seen this year
Especially In my 26 years in rescue
We need to keep rescue together and our dedicated team has found homes for many thousands of dogs and changed the lives of their owners too, we thank our loyal supporters for their wonderful kindness.

Please help us if you can xxx

Gift will be on its way in a moment - our Barney (was Bruno), only adopted on Sunday, is settling in really well. He's found this seat in the conservatory much loved by Alfie & Bailey already!
Love to all,

Merfyn's 6th birthday today and just over 2 years since he came home with me. I absolutely adore him and he gives it back in spades! Don't know where I would be without him and also Lucy (who came here in October). Merfyn, Lucy and I have decided that we should send a donation (via PayPal) because we are all so happy to be together...
Love to all the MKF angels :love3: :2806: :2806: :2806:

and of course,

Happy Birthday to my special boy.

:2808: I love you to the moon and back

I am in my 19th year of furry friends from Rescue (Bob has been with us for 10 years in October - how time flies!).
I can never repay such a debt of gratitude but a donation is winging its way.

I'm sorry, I've been really bad at posting. Keep meaning to do an update on our Dex and his osteoarthritis- after a bad stem cell experience we are having extremely good results with steroid injections and he's been a little trooper. We will put some money over too, Glenys, the rescue has given us our three most precious things in our lives, our much missed Barney and Miss Poppy and pudding paws Dexy xxx
