How could my Dad do that to my toys?

Post by autumndays »

This morning my Dad went all round the house and collected up all my favourite toys! Doesn't he know that each one is where it is for a purpose and I know exactly where they are? Then he took them all to the kitchen and locked them in that wishy washy thing and switched it on!

They were locked in there for 20 minutes getting all soapy and swimming for their lives f1 and when he let them out not only were they giddy, the were CLEAN!

To make matters worse, he then took them outside and tied them up on the washing line before he let me have them back :2012:

I don't think they'll ever smell or taste the same again :blue:

Effilump says it's an experience he'll never forget and Hissing Sid the snake is tied up in knots about it :3517:

Oh Skye, we did laugh at your post, we know you have had serious trauma this morning and so have all your much treasured toys. I am sure they smell wonderful now and in time your toys will get over the shock.
I hope by now Sid has untangled himself and you have placed them all where they should be.
Have fun
Love from us to you Skye

Barney doesn't know it, Skye, but I've just put his toys in the wash too!! He has gone on holiday as we are away this week so I thought it was a good time to do it. He'll have different toys there with his friends Tasha and Josh.

Don't worry, all will be well!! They'll soon be smelly again!

Skye I think this is the funniest post I have read in a long time. Suffice to say I am sure you will be able to return them to their correct locations round the house and will soon be smelling just as you like them. Pity about the Giraffe and the Owls twit and 'twoo'

Oh dear, naughty dad, we don't like it when mum washes our five monkeys and four cats, she leaves the snakes alone as we don't slobber on them very often,

O'h Skye I hope you are over the trauma of your toys being washed now & they are back to smelling & tasting a bit more 'doggy' rather than soapy.
