I wrote this when William was a puppy I thought I would share it just found it on my pc

PUPPY IN THE MIRROR

I am a mischievous puppy, looking for things to do
I will go into my Mums Bedroom, and find something special to chew.
But as I walk past the wardrobe I see and incredible sight
For standing right there is a puppy, he gave me a terrible fright

I give him my fiercest bark and growl and look just as brave as I could
That pup he just looks back at me as if he is made of wood
I know I will get up closer, our noses are touching see
But now my Mum is calling I think I must go for my tea

As I turn to leave I see he is turning too
I bark I will be back later, perhaps I can play with you.

Each Time I go into the bedroom ,That pup he is always there
Though even when I stare at him there is never a sound to hear
I notice he is getting bigger in fact he's as big as me
I wonder will he always be here
And why he won’t play with me.
