Jet post operation

Post by baileysmum »

Hello everyone as promised here are some pictures of Jet post operation.

I have tried to get as close as possible without making her look too scary, please also bear in mind that her eyes are a little bit swollen at the moment but will go down in a few days.

She is fine in herself no after affects apart from some damage this morning around the house, labrador's and buster collars do not mix very well do they. :1962:

Here she is after retrieving a ball -

Now tell me who can resist this beautiful little face !!!!!! This was taken a pre-op. She's probably seen the photos of Bonnie and Bella and thought "I can stick my tongue out as well"

Please also remember that her eyes are small one of the Ocular Defects and also her right eye does look blue this is due to having no lens and a cloudy cornea, and her left eye is kind of brown (should have named her Bowie!!!!!). So her eyes are never going to the same as another labrador but beleive me she can still give "the look".

Anyway hope you like them, will post more as the swelling goes down.

Doesn't matter what her eyes look like, her lovely nature shines out at you. :love2: It;s quality of life that counts and she obviously enjoys that! :bounce: Good to see her recovery is so quick, no doubt speeded by excellent loving care from her special foster family. :love3:

I honestly don't think her eyes look too bad at all! Pretty incredible in fact, considering she only had her op two days ago! I really was expecting them to look much much worse than they do :1952: :1952: :1952: :1952: :1952:

She's beautiful!! :love5: :love5: :love5: :love5: :love5:

Oh what a difference, and I assume her eyes can only get better after only a couple of days. Thanks for all your love, care and attention you have afforded this sweet girl, her personality does shine through. Lovely. :love5: :love5:

This girl is such a special girl, she seems to have taken everything in her stride when you think what she has gone through in the last few weeks.....but just look at her, she is happy and very relaxed.
