White Question

My next door neighbours son went to his Mum and asked why brides get married in white.
She said it was a sign of purity and innocence. He didn't understand this so he went to the garage to
see his Dad who, on being asked the question looked quizzically at his son and told him
that all kitchen appliances came in white. That's one way of looking at it I suppose.
