Changing my password

Help for some unknown reason I haven't been able to Log On this week, it would not accept my User Name or Password. I've now had a new password sent to me and my User Name is being recognised but how do I now change my Password to something I can remember instead of the random one I've been sent.

Hello Joan,
I'm not 100% certain, but if you go into User Control Panel, then Profile or Edit Profile, then I think it will allow you to change your password.
