York or Hull for dog friendly short breaks?

MY eldest daughter is attending a Law School open day at Hull uni during 1/2 term week. We thought we'd use the opportunity to have a short break for a few days and I'm reluctant to kennel Oscar as he's never been 'inside' during the time we've had him. Hubby has been looking online at places to stay, but I thought I'd ask on here if anyone has any recommendations. There would be a max of 5 of us plus Oscar and we'd only be looking for 2-3 nights during w/c MOnday 21st Feb. Thanks, Helen
