Try the beaches in Pembrokeshire (South Wales). There are a huge number of them, mostly dog friendly. They are all stunningly beautiful and range from small lovely bays such as Nolton Haven, through to Pendine sands which is 9 miles long!
Our old fella had a great time there in April, and I'm thinking of him now as he went to the bridge 2 days ago :( :(

Many Thanks for your kind thoughts. We got Paddy's ashes back today and on Sunday we are going to the high moor at Middleham in North Yorkshire. Its a beautiful part of the world - near enough top of the world. We'll scatter him there as it was a place he loved and it was the very first place we went with him after his jabs as a pup. It was blowing a gale and he was weeing sideways! Happy memories.
