Ellie supported dog

Post by janie1 »

Every morning Ellie has to have her ears cleaned with ear wash then half an hour later antibiotic ears drops. Sorry to be graphic but every morning until today a lot of black gunk has been coming out but it has been getting less. Well this morning hardly any came out, which is a very good sign the infection is finally starting to clear. The polyps will never go away without an operation but hopefully that is a long way in the future. Today is 3 weeks since we picked Ellie up from her wonderful foster parents Sue and Neil and she has been so much fun. She really sees me as her mum. When i tripped up on the field before she came running to check I was ok. Aaaaahhh !

Jane when we met you both the other day it was obvious that Ellie thought you were her mom, she was constantly looking for you. You have just bonded so brilliantly.
You are both blessed to have found each other.

Bev

Ps good news re her ears too!

So glad Ellie's ears are getting better and you have both bonded so well. x

P.S I fell over this morning too :1967: on muddy woodland, I had one eye on Coco and the other eye on a dog through the trees that I didn't recognise. Good job we can laugh about it. :1968: by the time Coco *trotted* back to me I was up and brushed off......
