You and Geoff are Big Hugs for Charlie from Balee.

Glad to hear Charlie is doing well. It must be so sad for his owner to have to give him up.
Is it poss to set up a standing order or direct debit to give regular donations? If just 12 people did £5 per month that would be Charlie's meds paid for. Having said that, I wouldn't mind who the money was used to help - they're all equally deserving

Hi,
I'm new to Lab Rescue and currently on the waiting list for the right dog to come looking for a home!
I would have loved to have been able to take Charlie and think its a fantastic thing that you have done, I wish there were more people in the world like you!
I'm sure its such a hugh relief to his owner at what must be a very difficult time.
Hope Charlie settles with his new family!

Standing orders for Charlie are no problem -
I can sort them out in a jiff -
If anyone is interested in setting a standing order up for a few pounds a month, can you let me know and i'll sort the necessary S/O form out so the money can be identified at charlies - I like to make sure everything going into the bank accounts can be identified as what it is intended for to make things easier for Glenys to manage her budgets etc

It is amazing that so much happens here! No experience of diab in dogs but my son has the condition. If it helps, we have learnt that routine is key, and just keep an eye out for the signs of sugar level change. I am sure your vet will let you know what they are in a dog. Our new lad Paddy just loves the smell of my son's insulin!
Hope all goes well
