Alfie has been to the vets for a health check up today and apart from needing to loose 7kilos he is in good health. The way he runs for the ball he will be slim in no time. x44

Well he loves his Ball but his new Roasted Beef bone comes first, for the moment anyway, his teeth will be sharpe in no time at all, ha ha.
Bella is sulking at the moment because he won't allow her to take his bone.
He has had a bit of a lazy day only been out for 3 x 1 hour sessions, he is feeling a bit stiff with all this cold weather it's not doing his joints much good, but once he gets going he is like a puppy. Cod liver oil etc on order. Then he will be like Wonder Dog.

Alfie here, Well what a Christmas we have all had, I have met a lot of new family & friends who think I am georgeous, and so well behaved, I did show a side to myself that people didn't know, Julie & Richard think I may of been trained as a GUN DOG, when the corks popped, the crackers banged, the party poppers popped. I got off my bed and stood to attention like a soldier ready for action. I was good and didn't take the bird off the table ha ha.
I have lost weight (well I did have a few pounds to loose) my mobility is much better, walks are getting longer, I have lost 2 balls in the river. But I have lots (Santa brought them) lovely man he is.

I will post new slim photo's of Alfie very soon

Love Alfie, Bella & Me xxx :beerandwhistle:
