well here we are in july and lucy is continuing to enjoy herself and give us so much fun!since our last blog lucy has been to her first music festival at sedbergh with her new pack and family in the motorhome.still not sure if she fully understand my fiddle music as george her predesor would often sing along to some of my tunes!
another new start for lucy has been to join our local gun dog club, lakeland gundogs.was a bit unsure as its held at the place george came from but its was great to see everyone again and lucy certanly has the makings of a very good working dog.......once she realises that she is meant to bring the training dummy back to me not the the other young labs in her group!!still early days and she is really starting to understand exactly what the whistle means .have just got back in from our evening stroll having done some fantastic stops and recalls at over 30 meters!and i think she is enjoying herself too!we have just recently had our 30th anniversary and had a collection rather than prezzies so once we have counted up the money will be on to way to labrador rescue.will post some more piccys soon and thank you once again for sending us such a brilliant friend.!!http://www.homealabrador.net/phpbb3/pos ... 36&t=12182#
