Weigh in today! Sammy has lost 0.7kg, I have lost about 3 - the nurse was very pleased with both of us - at this rate we'll both be the same weight in a few weeks. Only trouble is Sammy's fat is turning into good strong muscle, all the better to drag me around (he's not that bad at the moment but he can be quite determined!). At least we've broken the 50kg barrier!

Well done both - I am changing eating patterns again as I have put half the weight back on I lost four years ago (can't fit into clothes, not good!) Simba is also on a plan as Shiva gained 4kg last month and Simba 3kg.
When one door closes another door ALWAYS opens- and we may never know what the grand plan is, but believe me, the universe will give you everything you deserve if you just have faith. Karma is a beautiful thing.
