Tilly the 'Healer'

We lost our previous dog only two weeks ago today, but knew we had to have another dog in our lives sooner rather than later.
'Silly Tilly' came to live with us on Mothers Day (30th March) and already she has fitted in so well and is just an amazing dog who we all love so much.
Yet I did not estimate the impact she would actually have on our 7 year old son, Connor, who had a conversation with me that went along the lines of...

Connor: mummy, guess what Tilly has done?
Me: oh no!! What has she done??
Connor: she's brought smiles to all our faces again!!!

:love5: :love5: :love5:

Tilly has indeed brought smiles, lots of love and fun back into our family and indeed our hearts!!
We cannot thank all those involved in the process of rehoming Tilly with us enough!!

:bighug: :bravo: :love5:

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

My eyes are leaking after reading your lovely post! I am so pleased Tilly has found a wonderful new home and is helping to mend broken hearts. I love the way Children can simplify our emotions like that, my 2 are 6 and 8 and keep us entertained so I experienced the 'oh no' sensation too whilst reading this.

Be happy Tilly and ask your humans to post us some pictures

What a lovely post. Don't you just love kids the way they can sum up the situation in a few words. Another lovely lab mending broken hearts. :love5:

Enjoy your new forever home Tilly, and keep doing just what you are doing now. :love2:

Oh what a lovely post! Children have a way with words that sometimes has far more impact than us adults could ever say. Not so Silly Tilly now eh? :bighug:

It's quite hard to put into words the power of our pets, but Connor has summed it up perfectly :1951:
