Bryn's First Gotcha Day

Yesterday, 7th.December was Bryn's First Gotcha Day. The year seems to have sped by, but in another way it feels as though we've been together much longer.

Bryn in a typical action shot, whereas I slow down when walking uphill Bryn just keeps on going. His arthritis seems to be under control with the Seraquin tablets and walks of about an hour and a half cause no problems for him.

Just back from our walk, I didn't even have chance to clean him up before he had this pre-dinner snack, well it would be at least five minutes before dinner was served.......
....on the subject of food, there were problems in persuading Bryn to eat dry food after a few months but after a friend gave me some R#yal Canin chicken and rice Bryn recovered his enthusiasm for dinner so I gradually got him on to N#turediet wet food which he really enjoys and causes no problems. I've discovered that if Bryn is upset about anything then he goes off his food, as I found out recently when someone who should know better tried to stroke Bryn (who can be very cautious with people) then unbelievably grabbed his bottom jaw and proceeded to inspect his teeth, the result being dinner not being eaten that day, nor breakfast the following day. That idiot won't be allowed anywhere near Bryn again.
I certainly couldn't wish for a better companion and would like to offer my thanks to everyone who helped bring us together.
(Note from Bryn....I really like my Dad BUT can you please ask him not to sing to me and to go in the fridge a bit more often.)
Andrew

Blimey, a year already?! Gorgeous Bryn, happily settled :love2:
We had a foster dog that I was walking with Toby. A man tried to approach her and I asked him to stay away as she was anxious with strangers and yet he still kept pressing towards her. Poor girl was really upset and going berserk. I appreciate that the man was well-intentioned but it baffles me why someone wouldn't back off when you have expressly stated that they should; beggars belief.

Happy Gotcha Day Mr Handsome :occasion7:
