Update on Jack

Post by Glenys » 13 Apr 2019, 12:12

Jack ten years young has found a wonderful home;

Update

We visited his new Vet, Andrew Mellor today, where he was given a thorough health check, weighed him in at 19kg but obviously early days yet - we have shampoo Vets Choice M37 Medicated for the nasty itchy skin on his back, Medrone 7 tabs 4mg steroids for a week and anti-biotics Cephacare for ten days. He doesn’t want to rush him into neutering, which he will do after a month, dependant on skin being good again.

Huge thankyou both of you – I was so lonely without Merlin, and Jack is a real gentleman and a pleasure to take out and about.

back from the Vets and having a mooch….looking better already.

With very best wishes and special thank-you for the great job you do looking out for our Labrador pals, plus giving me my life back.

That is great news, he looks such a lovely lad. Looks like he is going to be very happy from now on.

What a lovely new home and Mum for Jack. My guess is that in about a months time, he will be a different dog. Lovely update. Well done Jack, you’re a lucky boy, and obviously mending a broken heart. :1972:
