Joe is at the vets today,he is going to have an invasive growth removed.What was originally thought to be a fatty lump has turned out to be a lot more serious.Not to be cancerous.WE love our Joe.

Aw, Geddes, all my love to you, Lesley and Joe. I hope he’s ok following surgery. If it’s any consolation, we had a lab who had a similar thing and once removed, the cancer never returned. All crossed that this is the case with Joe.

Joe is going to have another op.The tumor was slightly bigger than at first thought.So back to the animal hospital next week.He will be well looked after the nurses are lovely and he is all over them.

Joe is having a second op tomorrow then very possible chemo after that.What was thought to be a fatty lump has turned out to be quite serious.However what he and Sandy have been in my life he will have the best treatment.

Good luck for tomorrow. It sounds similar to Max. His tumour is high grade - just gone through 4 radiotherapy sessions and had his 1st chemo last Wednesday. The chemo isn’t as bad as for humans...
