Happy Anniversary

Though the rescue was founded in 1995 we only found Malt kiln Farm years later it was our dream to find somewhere
Where we could Spend time assessing ,caring and rehoming each dog as we used a boarding kennels previous to that it was Fran my friend at High heys kennels who spotted the farm and we were successful in getting it.
Moving day was a momentous thing for our family leaving the old home to the unknown would we be able to firstly
Meet the massive commitment of putting kennels up fencing everything off many supporters offered help lending us temporary fencing it was a work in progress for a long time initially we put four kennels up eventually eight .
We nearly ran out of funds on a few occasions but our wonderful supporters carried us through both with moral support and financial donations.
There is no way we can estimate how many dogs have been here and gone through the happy gate to knew and wonderful homes
So 7th April 2003 to now it’s happy anniversary to us today long may it continue and Thank you everyone who supports this rescue many friendships have been formed over that time .
