Another year and nothing changes! :(

It looks like a repeat of a couple of years ago that started with all funds being wiped out by vet bills.

Donation sent to help...

It isn't appropriate to discuss this comment any further but a number of organisations were 'unable to help' these dogs.

Hopefully all will go well with the births etc but you can be assured that mothers and pups will recieve the best care, food and medical support to ensure they are fit and healthy and have the best start in life..

thank you all for your support and help with these girls and their pups -

I have just read the story of the poor dogs and it really does upset me when reading about these poor Labs, at least they will be looked after now though now they are in yoiur capable hands.

I wish people would think about the cost of ownership and responsilbility that animals bring, yeah I would love to own more than the two dogs I already have but I know in the real world that would not be fair on the dogs and me because I would struggle more to give them the life they deserve. :(

I will be making a nice donation to help you with these poor Labs next week. :1945:

I read this story at 4am when I got up for work, but was so angry and blubbing I couldn't think of anything to say. Well done Sue and Carol for taking the pregnant bitches in. I wish I could help in some way, maybe next month when the pups are born I will be able to make a donation...I'm on short time at the moment so don't know how much I will get in my wages. I feel so FRUSTRATED!!!!

Thank you so much to the kind, wonderful people who are caring for these dogs, and picking up the pieces of the mess left by the 'mindless idiot'. Will send something now via paypal. Just wish it could be more.

Thank you all for your donations - you are an amazing group of people....

As the vet or other bills come on for these dogs they will be itemised on the story page so you can see how your money is being used and where things are up to.. The 2 scans will be added next week once the vet has conformed the amount for them etc

Well - what can you say? I can't add anything more than has already been said. Just defies belief.

What's done is done. The dogs are beautiful, and young. I feel sure that everything will work out for them and the puppies. Are we going to have a separate thread for this situation? We're all here wanting to keep an eye on everything!

Donation coming your way immediately. Will send a cheque, as our PC is tempermental at the moment and I'm not trusting it with money!!

It would also be nice if the vet took pity and could find it in their hearts to wave their scan fees in a situation like this.
