Steak and kidney pie
You where not made in haste
With just a few herbs and a bit of spice
The flavours I would taste
I left the room, don't ask me why
And Alfie ate the pie.
I was really looking forward to that pie as well
My pie

My Mum never forgets when she was dog sitting for us and Molly swiped a lovely piece of salmon she had just cooked for her tea and then had to have fish fingers instead

Re: My pie
Oh woe is me, another disbeliever. I've a good mind to make one and bring it to the funday, for the pie stall (if there is one). I happen to be quite good in the kitchen. Cooking that is. something else that us lads are better at (hee hee) again. You ladies just don't have the ERr EERR Err , well you know what I mean.Absdoodle wrote:I'm kinda guessin gthis has really traumatised you Dave!!!!
Poor you - your imaginary pie, no more
I must remember to use these great excuses - "Sorry, i didnt bring a starter - my dog ate it" , "sorry i couldnt bring in the birthday cake, the dog ate it"...It would save me a fortune
thats another fine mess I've got myself into now.
All the Best Dave and family.
