A couple of pics of Big Jessie - adopted from MKF in November 2010.
Jessie making herself at home after a hard day on the fells
Jessie proving she can fit in the terrier's basket. For some reason all my dogs love to squash themselves into Archie's basket. They do all have their own beds though!
“He took my heart and ran with it, and I hope he’s running still, fast and strong, a piece of my heart bound up with his forever.” – Patricia McConnell
Great photos, her paws look huge. She certainly looks at home It's so funny we all buy these great big beds for our labs but I'm beginning to think we should all save money and buy tiny ones instead they really seem to enjoy them.
Yes she has got massive paws but she is a pretty big dog over all. She is half lab half GSD and she has a really lovely nature, very cuddly and gentle. We are deligted with her and she seems quite pleased with us too, thankfully!
What a lovely girl.....Jack seems to be the exception to this habit of curling up small, he usually wins the race at bedtime and spreads himself out in great comfort while I end up perched on the edge.......
Wish I'd had a camera ready this weekend when my daughter and family came up from Essex - Jet decided that the blow up ring thing with toys dangling from it that you put the baby in on the floor was just the thing for a nap! Ring thing is only big enough for small baby, Jet is socking great big black lab.......... Ah well, it all goes in the washing machine.
