Parrot going "cheep" Up to date photo of Earl

Post by Lins »

For those of you who don't know about Earl (African Grey) and for a special request, here are a couple of photo's and video's of the little man himself. You may (or may not) want to turn your sound up.

Here goes:

Just chilling on top of his cage.
Image

If it's good enough for Molly and Scooby to play ball, it's good enough for me (thinks Earl.)
Image

His retrieve's not bad either! (short vid)
Image

And finally - you may need to turn your volume up for this (or, maybe not) (another vid)
Image

He's had enough now and just want's to play with mom on the settee.

Hope you enjoyed your introduction to the 3rd houshold pet and especially for you Kate. :love3:

Thanks Lins. Love the pictures and the video was brilliant. He is a lovely colour.

Just a couple of questions Please.

How long do parrots live.

How old is Earl

How long have you had him - I know you have had him all the time you have been with Lab Rescue.

He is likely to live to approx 70 years of age (yes - 70) I have had to make a provision for him in my will :study:

I rescued Earl when he was only a few months old - he is now approx. 7 so, only another 60 odd years to go. :2090:

I know, they see me coming :1967:

Don't agree, he sounds to be good company, if not a little noisy. I wish our dogs lived a longer life.

Me too. He isn't that noisy to be honest. He does have his moments but, when you tell him to "shut up" he usually tells me to "calm down" and then goes quiet. He's a good boy really............just hates men!

But then, I have my moments when I know how he feels. :1967:
