Bonnie Lisa
Hi Gary
Following our previous discussion on another thread here is my first ever completed painting. Not quite the Mona Lisa (hence the topic title). It was taken from a picture of our beloved Bonnie after she had been swimming (hence her wavy hair round her neck). I just need to keep practising now that I have worked out how to use acrylics.

Just wish I had your talent. A picture you can certainly be be proud of. I'm jealous.

Re: Bonnie Lisa
Thank you all for your comments.
I think I will have to practice a lot before talking about commissions!! As you know this is my first painting and likely to be the last for a bit as time is very short so it is something to fit in when I have time off from work/ visiting far away relatives/enjoying the dog/treating the wife!
Hoping to fit one in of sis-in-law's black lab Bracken before Christmas.
Don't worry Dave Pennington, your livelihood is safe from me!!
Dave
p.s. Sara loves it
