last night this lad wanted cuddles and this morning he was so excited to see me and ready for breakfast that is the first sign of life in him I think I see the spark there somewhere he tried to play with Wotsee but kept falling over ... still a very long way to go taking baby steps .

I guess we dont consider these things but Little Norrie's bones are sore when there is no padding on a dog bless them their bones ache.
Ky touched me deeply when she said the first thing she did was pad his bed with cotton or soft wool and line it with vet bedding I have to say I never thought of it.
Little things make a big difference I'm more confident now and we are all hoping for the best for him.
Thank you so much to everyone sending donations to help him we didnt want to ask or launch and appeal as everyone has just had Christmas It never fails to amaze me the sheer kindness and goodwill on this site or how many people follow it names I'm not familiar with as well as the ones we know very well.

If we feel a bit down sometimes or frustrated our supporters always manage to cheer us up.

That is really positive fantastic news that Norrie has now got a bit of spark and wants to play.

With Ky's TLC - he will now come on in leaps and bounds.

Brilliant every little step is ONE VERY BIG one for this little lad.

Wonderful to hear of the first signs of this fragile dog's recovery. We do so hope he continues to respond.....he has the best chance in the world with Nurse Ky & the gang.

Little tiny improvements are going to add up

I'm looking forward to following Norrie's progress. Since becoming part of Rescue in 2008 I think Norrie's photo is among the worst I have seen - in fact, probably the worst. I am imagining 6 months time hopefully looking at the 'before' and 'after' photos and seeing an amazing transformation. I have every faith it's going to happen.
