Can't believe it's already a year

Can't believe a year has gone by since I had to make that awful decision so many of us have faced and to say a final goodbye as Barney went to the Bridge.

Lots of happy memories of my boy Barney today, mingled with some heartache and tears.

He wasn't an MKF boy, but he was the reason I found the website in the first place and also how I came to adopt Merfyn (yes, his name is sometimes spelt like this by some of my friends) or Mervyn, as his name is also spelt - sounds the same, just that there's no "v" in the Welsh alphabet.

So... Barney, here in spirit all the time and in my heart and thoughts each day. (8th April 2000 to 26th January 2016)

Sue I am so ashamed that I missed the Remembrance Day of beautiful Barney, so I send these very belated thoughts to you and your beautiful boy rest in peace Barney.
