Hello ... nearly eight years ago we acquired a beautiful black labrador puppy from you. She was five months old. She was a little confused so although we had lots of ideas for glamorous names we let her keep the one she came with, Ebony. Someone had obviously loved her. Over the next few months we cured the problem that had forced her original owners to give her up and she quickly carved a comfortable niche for herself at the centre of our family. At almost eight she remains very fit, sporty, active, good humoured and happy. We feel this would be an excellent time to add to our canine family, especially as we are now both retired and have plenty of time to settle in a new dog. We offer a semi rural location, loads of love, long walks and fun with our grandchildren.

Welcome to the Rescue Forum, Ebony sounds as if she has blossomed under your loving care and has been an excellent ambassador for the breed. I hope you soon find a companion for Ebony there are always lovely dogs coming into
Rescue so depending on what you are looking for it shouldn't take you too long to find your new friend. Have you filled in an application form and contacted Glenys or her team so that they are aware of what you are looking for?

Please keep us posted on how things go.

Looking forward to hearing who has joined Ebony when the time comes. Ebony sounds a lovely dog and her name is gorgeous. Sounds like she's had a super home, she will be thrilled to have a pal I am sure.
