UPDATE ON ROSIE'S CONDITION.

This is really just to thank everyone who has donated to Rosie's Appeal Fund, and to keep you all up to date
I'm astounded at the generosity of all you supporters out there !!! Well Done !!!
Although Rosie looks to be doing well, she still has a long way to go.
The vet sees her again on Wednesday 12th March and will assess her condition with regard to when he will perform her eye operation.
It's not a major op but he won't operate until Rosie is strong enough, and because Rosie is around 12 years old, the operation is quite a big thing for a little old dog, but you can rest assured Rosie is in the safest of hands. Meanwhile I am just feeding her up and giving her plenty of love and TLC which she has been deprived of for a long long time.
I'm very pleased that 'Lady' has taken her under her wing/paw and as you can see from the photo's, they are happy together, with Lady sleeping with her head on Rosies back. I love that picture !!

Anyway folks.....more photo's and updates soon !

The girl I'm seeing now just doesn't look like the girl who was brought in such a short time ago. Her eyes are telling a totally different story.

Martin, you and Kathryn are absolute miracle workers!!
Thank you so much.

Great to see "The Old Girls" together. They look so relaxed and contented Martin :D

We know it's going to be a slow job, but her transformation already is amazing. She's got the best care she could possibly have with you and Kathryn.

Thank You

Love Alison & Rosie XXX

Due to sensitive nature of the rescue of Rosie we can put this on the boards yet.

I am sharing this lovely montage with you that Martin has put together with added pictures.
Rosie is a different dog than the poor scrap that came in our rescue.
If you can turn your volume up it has music too.
Thank you again for caring about Rosie. more news soon.

Glenys

LATEST UPDATE ON ROSIE.

Well... the good news is that Rosie has gained another 1.6 kilos, she now weighs 22.6 kilos !! :D

The bad news is that we turned up on the wrong day. It's tomorrow when we see our vet. Either it was written down by mistake or I've got my dates mixed up .... anyway, my apologies ! :(

I hope the slideshow makes up for any disappointment ! :)

I'll post another update tomorrow when we have actually seen the vet regarding Rosies fitness for her operation .
