A Personal Request !

Post by billybluemoor »

I know that Glenys and the Team are doing their very best and I'm probably clutching at straws so near to Christmas, but Please, spread the word and hope and pray that some kind person can offer him a home very soon.

Thank You !

Please turn on your sound and click on the link below to see 'Jake' !

Martin

Just to help ensure Jake gets the best possible home do you recommend that he is an only dog or do you think it is just that Lady isn't keen on him?

We certainly spread the word, we need to keep this bumped up.

Thanks Jackie..

It's just 'Lady' that won't accept him into her home..
Jake, of course, picked up the vibes and there became an uneasy stand-off atmosphere, no aggression, but an 'uncomfortable truce'... not possible to tolerate in the long-term.
It's a crying shame, it really is !!!
I think the fact that because Lady is a 'bitch', and deaf, as well as being old and set in her ways has a lot to do with it.
Jake got on fine with Billy, and vice versa, and gets on fine with other dogs.
I'm also sure Jake would be equally as happy being an only dog.
Having spent time with Jake, I just feel that he deserves a loving and settled home environment A.S.A.P. !!!

That's cheered me up no end Glenys !!!! :4620: :4620: :4620:

I know how hard you work for all the dogs and I admire you greatly for your dedication.. it must be especially hard at this time of year and in todays financial climate.
I read somewhere that the average rehoming for this year was around 1 dog per day...amazing !!!! :salute:

Jake is going to his new foster home next weekend.

The lady that is taking him donated 100 rimadyl to Ben earlier in the year after loosing her oldie - she is a fabulous lady and he will be very well cared for -
