Grace AKA Dolly..

Grace was the other dog that Glenys and Carol went to pick up form the kennel as she was alos going to be PTS if we couldnt take her, here is an update from her new family...again it could have been so different.
Is now “Dolly”. She has been checked, chipped, innoculated – her skin is healing nicely and hair growing back, she has
a bit of a cough which we are treating.
She was a complete “townie” and did not know what to make of sheep, cows or stiles but is learning enthusiastically. She thinks the miniature horses next door are dogs.
She is pretty obedient and we walk her off the lead when off road.
She spends most of her time horizontal but gets very energetic outside, she did 5 miles on Sunday with no problem. She sleeps in our room every night and manages about 8 hours uninterrupted before being persuaded out of bed for her morning walk which she loves but needs to be reminded about.
It seems like she has always been our dog …its amazing how well she has settled in and how laid back she is thanks for letting us have her.
