Shiva (one of Maggie's Pups) and his big bro Simba

Post by Simbasmum »

Shiva and the others have just celebrated their 7 month birthdays - I am sure, like Shiva, the others are mischievous and loving.
Simba, after the initial, What have you brought home, now loves Shiva and Shiva adores his big bro. They both love swimming, although I have to say Shiva loves fetching a ball, so much so, that in order to get Shiva to play when we're out, Simba will pinch the ball and hold it in his mouth while Shiva chases him!
Anyway I took them to their favourite place - The River Bollin near Ashley today - a lovely walk around a wheat field
Image
Simba found the inevitable log! Shiva found a little stick and was waiting for me to throw it!
He is quite the swimmer now - depth and current don't bother him at all

H; Shiva here - meand my big bro had a lovely time - Mum & Dad called it Christmas; but I thought it was just Food and presents - we got the biggest chew each

Image

and then we went for a lovely walk on the playing field near us & Simba found a stick, so we played "Tug-of-War"

Image

Then last night Mum had biscuits - we like biscuits, so we lay very still and Mum said we "psyched her out" I am not sure what that means but we got a tiny piece of biscuit each.

I am nearly as tall as my big bro now and we love each other, although sometimes Simba growls at me - Mum says that's 'cos i am being an annoying little bro - but I think it's best to keep him on his toes - Mum & Dad think he's 3 and a half and that's VERY old and I am nearly grown up as I am 11 months old now and Mum & Dad say I have a birthday next month (I am not sure what one of them is - Simba had a birthday and we got a bone each, so here's hoping!)
