Lovely Milly

We love these updates and isnt she so photogenic ? ..................
Good Morning to you all at Labrador Rescue,
Please see attached pics of Milly, she is settling in very nicely now, she was a little bit sick for a few days when we brought her home but she is now settled. Milly shares our house with two other Labradors Coco aged 11 and Jack aged 18 months, Milly gets on very well with the both of them. We also have a cat which Milly is not used to but having faced some challenges she is ok with the cat too!!
I took Milly to the vets on Friday just for a check over and they say she is in good health and they have asked that I put her on a diet she has to lose 7 kilos! ~ you can well imagine that milly is not enjoying this diet, she has her two meals a day and if she wants a treat I give her celery or carrot. We are currently working on her aggression with food and she is getting there now!!
On Saturdays Milly comes to work with me on my friends farm ~ she is then with about 10 other dogs!! Milly is great with the animals and doesn’t offer to chase the chickens and at the end of our shift she gets a nice big bone!!
After a walk in the evenings milly settles on the rug in front of the fire ~ in between the two boys she is a pleasure to have around!!
