Having collecting our gorgeous chocolate brown labrador today called Rocky from Glenys who was really kind and helpful. We took along our son and our little Jack Russell Ben so we could all be introduced. We all seemed to bond well for first introductions despite Ben not being well when we got there as he doesn't travel very well. After a long journey back to Bradford we finally arrived back home. Rocky bounced out of the car with excitment and is such a delight. He has got some basic skills already sit. lie down but these will need reinforcing and some definite lead training as he is such a strong boy. Rocky has only been with us a few hours but already feels part of the family and loves to cuddle us all. We cannot wait to get both dogs out in the countryside but need to get Rocky a halti first until he stops pulling. I know we are going to have many years of joy with both our dogs and our family feels complete.

Many Thanks for your help Gina and Glenys I have enjoyed our chats and I will keep in touch. I think the labrador rescue does a fantastic job.

Regards

Rita & Chris

Welcome to the site both and congratulations on your new edition, he has a cheeky look to him!
Do post a piccy or two when you've got a moment (when being the operative word at the minute I suspect)......

Thank you everyone for your kind wishes. I will try and put a photo on soon as he is so handsome and cute. Bought an halti and is now walking perfectly by my side.

Feel so blessed to have 2 gorgeous dogs we feel so lucky. We get our daily fix just giving them both a cuddle and knowing they love you back unconditionally.
