Charlie (Now Algy) settling in well!

Post by stephenriley »

Algy (Charlie) has been with us for two days now and is a super boy! He was quite nervous to start with but he has calmed down a lot. He is very gentle and obviously likes a cuddle on the settee although we have resisted so far despite his numerous attempts! He pulls a bit on the lead but is not too bad now he has a head collar. He is not too sure of other dogs though and barks at them (once they have passed!) so we will have to work on this. The kids love him already and we feel very lucky to have a labrador back in our lives!

What a great boy Algy has turned out to be! He lives for walks and loves fetching his ball. He really isn't keen on other dogs but has got a lot better over the past few months. He has recently made some canine friends that he plays with when we are out on a Saturday morning. We had to buy a bigger caravan so that he could sleep indoors as he is a big softie! We went to Somerset at half term and had a great time, he loves the sea.
Ill post some photos soon!
Stephen

PS Nice to see that his photo is still on the site (far right hand side)
