We adopted Sammy in May, he'd been at Ky's for a week where he had lost 2kg and I had him weighed after a week with me - he then weighed 50.6 kg.
We've been going to the vet's regularly since then and today he finally weighed in at 39.2kg! http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u46 ... 0_2420.jpg
He's a completely different dog - he's got lots of friends, both human and doggy, loves his walks, is an absolute menace to dry off because he likes to kill the towel, and bounces everywhere - including into a fisherman's tent this afternoon - in search of food, no doubt...

He has a lovely temperament although this can be a bit painful because he likes to stand with his paws in my lap every time I sit down and look lovingly into my eyes - or is he just hoping I'll relent and give him a titbit?
