Coopers first vist to the vets

Post by Andy J »

Cooper has been to the vets for a health check, he was well behaved and stood still while the vet examined him. He is booked in for castration on Monday. The vet has recommended a local training class in Carnforth so one he has recoverd from his opp he can start his training.

Aw, good lad, Cooper. We can't get Jess out of the car when we go to the vets :1968: . Good job she only has to go once a year.

They usually recover very quickly from that op, so he should be starting training very soon.

Good boy Cooper, Barney trembles when he goes to the vets so you were a very brave boy indeed

Good luck with the training, can't wait to hear more updates.

Millie is ok in the car & in the waiting room, it when we go into the see the vet all the shaking starts :1968: . She had an experience with a thermometer last time her face was a picture :1968: I do feel for her even though, it's generally only for her booster jab & glad it's only once a year

Great news Andy. Please give Cooper a big hug from us :bighug: :bighug:
When my boy, Toby is called from the waiting room at the vet, he tries to dig his heels in (but it's a lino floor) so he slides into the consulting room, bless him. Never been the same since the first use of the rectal thermometer :1968: :1968:

Our Rosie doesn't like going to the vets either, was ok the first visit but when we went back for her second booster we ended up having to carry her in :1968: :1968:
