Max - four years on

Post by roseandsteve »

We adopted Max in April 2010 as a companion for Bonnie. He was described at the time as "an older, slim type labrador". Now he is a bit more of a senior, slim type labrador. Despite a touch of arthritis in his spine, he still has lots of energy and enthusiasm for the life he shares with Bonnie. He loves his walks, his toys, chasing a ball, playing with Bonnie and, being a labrador, he really enjoys his food.
However, unlike many Labradors, he dislikes the water and is happy to watch Bonnie as she swims whilst keeping his own paws dry.

Max and Bonnie have selected three pictures from their photo album to share with Lab Rescue. One shows Max's sharing a piece of chicken with his grandma's cat Milo, one shows M&B on the Gromit Trail in Bristol last summer and the third is walkies in Bristol 2014.
