A day in the life of...

Post by carolb »

...the puppies-
This is the mess I was greeted with this morning. As you can see the pups have had a party after I went to bed!! :2026:

You can tell the choc girl is saying "who me?-No I was asleep-honest"
Today was a special day for them though as they went for an outing  It was first injection day so off Sue and I went to the vets.
All the pups had a health check and their vaccination. Needless to say they are all in fine health
Here they are in the car ready for the journey.

Here I am giving them a cuddle :bounce: Time is running out for me :2090:

And here they are crashed out after a busy day. Butter wouldn`t melt :1962:

Good God Carol that was one heck of a party!!!! :1966: I'm sure you have forgiven the little monkeys - just :1966: . They are fabulous. Super pictures thank you for posting them. Glad they did well at the vets it was a forgone conclusion though really with such expert care.

Sorry Carol, but I have just had a laugh at your expense. :1968: :1968: :1968:

It's just a reminder of the work that pups create, and that's without the injections, weaning and so on and soforth. It will be a double edged sword for you when the time comes for parting. You will be so sad to see them go and yet happy to know they are all going to loving and caring homes.

Well done to you. You should be very proud of yourself. Thank you for caring and sharing. :love3:

Great photos Pups are great arent they ? but not for anyone who doesnt see it as bringing up a baby.
But as in bringing up a child they do grow up in the end I think.
What its best to realise is pups grow very fast but in their brain the are still a baby some people expect suddenly a part grown dog isnt acting like an adult and this is why we get many in rescue so enjoy all the puppy fun let them be puppies while guiding them in the right direction and at the end a happy dog and family.

Thank you Carol for all you do for rescue and the Mum and Babes xxx

I shouldn't laugh :1966: :1966: I know what one can do on it's own never mind a few of them at it together!. Love the one of the choccie girl sat out on her own :love5:

Good luck for weekend , you have done a brilliant job.
