Re: Simba Introducing Shiva

It was a beautiful afternoon and we took Simba to the local park again. He loves it there; everything a Labrador could want - water, grass, water, trees, water, other dogs, water - you know the thing!
I carried Shiva (I'll have muscles the size of Mr America by the time we're finished!) and he really enjoyed the sunshine; we were out nearly two hours and it was time for tea as soon as he got home (fortunately, i had listened to Carol's advice about soaking his biscuits and I cooked some mince today, so the cats had raw mince and the two dogs had cooked with their tea.
We are slowly learning about when he wants the toilet and the accidents are getting less. he slept most of the night (not bad considering the day he had yesterday). What is nice is that everyone stops to say hello to him, but also say hello to Simba; mind you, they don't have much choice as he lies on his back grinning, so he also looks cute!
Shiva had a lovely snooze on my lap, while we sat in the sun - he wants to get down to play but we tell him there isn't long to wait
He is now flat out on the sofa next to me
and one of Shiva, on the left and Joseph (our black cat) on the right
