Couldn't he have got a bit closer?

Winter is on it's way.

What a handsome lad Frank is!

Looks like he doesn't have any difficulty 'chilling' out and making himself comfortable after all the adventures and excitement.

Used to have a Jack Russell on the farm that slept so close to the fire that he started to singe, usually had a burnt patch on his rump but he wouldn't get up and move further away. Often the cry was heard - will someone move the dog he's burning! Never seemed to bother him.
Not overly keen on letting frank set fire to himself Woodburning stove beening fitted soon - fuel efficiency measure rather than a Frank safety measure!
Cheers
