THE LIFT

A country farmer from Yorkshire took his son to visit the big city for the first time,and ended up in a big departmental store. They stared in utter amazement at every thing around them,particulary two silver coloured doors that seemed to open and close on their own.As they watched,a wizened old lady pressed a button on the wall and as the doors opened she entered and the doors closed again.Lots of lights started flashing and some moments later,the doors reopened and a beautiful young woman stepped out."Well I;ll be dammed" said the old farmer.
"Son ,GO AND FETCH YOUR MOTHER."
