Repair man for dishwasher

Mrs Mackays dishwasher broke down so she called the repairman. As she would be at work when he came round to repair it she told him she'd leave keys under the mat, and if he fixed it and left bill on worktop she would send him a cheque.
She told him not to worry about her bulldog as he wouldnt bother him at all and would just lie there quietly whilst he worked away. However she warned him not to talk to her parrot under any circumstances. When the repairman arrived next day at her house, he saw the biggest and meanest looking bulldog he had ever seen. But just as the lady said the dog lay quietly on the floor and just watched him repair the dishwasher.
The parrot however drove the repairman nuts the whole time with its incessant yelling, swearing and name calling. Finally the man couldnt contain himself any longer and yelled " shut up you stupid bird "
To which the parrot replied " GET HIM SPIKE "
