Cosmetic surgery?

Her indoors returned home after her weekly raid of the charity shops.
She immediatley? started a cat-walk session,supported by the usual arkward questions i.e. does my bum look big in this etc.
Then out of the blue she asked "do I need a By-pass?"
I answered "Nay lass, you need a motorway"
I cant understand it, cos she started throwing things at me.
