POPPY DOING VERY WELL - UPDATE 28/5/11

Post by SusanKerr »

:love2: My lovely old Poppy is settling in very well - she is so well mannered and behaved its unbelievable - she can be let off the lead and she comes immediately back and she loves to carry her lead. Her poor old leggies are a bit stiff so tonight we try some painkillers to see how it goes and I think we have a pulled nail so that will need taken care of tomorrow. Her season is finished at last and tonight for the first time she has been allowed to join us in the sitting room - she was making a fair mess before now so was sorry she was in kitchen and the utility room. Hopefully to be vaccinated tomorrow and weighed again. She was wormed last week and had a large worm burden which is still showing today. At least they are all dead! She is all in all a very happy Poppykins and I love her dearly.

:love5: Love Poppykins to death - she has gone from 45.1kg to 43.3 kg in 13 days - way to go Poppy. We are going half a mile 3 times daily - my waist is getting smaller too! - she chased after 2 rabbits this morning I had to run to catch her from going further. Happy happy dog with NO vices whatsoever - loves her toys and gets on with the cats and chickens too. Perfect Poppy
