Monty in September
Monty is fine, but I have pulled him out of his gundog training for a while. His recall has taken a step backwards but his personallity has gone forwards as everyone is enamoured with him. He gets on with everyone and all dogs but is still inclined to run off. So until this is in better order he will be on a long line and training will continue on his recall. His walking is coming along nicely, and he still visits his GSD friend Winston every week, this photo was taken in Winstons back garden by the apple tree.

Great to read the update on Monty. He sounds such a lovely boy.
Hope you make good progress with his recall and that he has lots of fun with friend Winston.

Re: Monty in September
Hi,
If i can help with the recall don't be frightened to ask. Be careful with the long lead as they are of limited use and need to be used properly to work. they can do more harm than good.
I train gundogs,(you need a smilie for pulling your hair out
) and will help with any problems handlers have if i can. feel free to use and abuse me.
