Bonnie - 5 Months

Post by captain john »

Hi everyone its Bonnie here! :hello2: Sorry I haven’t posted any updates lately however I have been too busy growing and learning how to behave, walk properly both on and off the lead and of course learning all the new commands such as sit, stay, leave, No, here, lay down and generally learning how to be a good Labrador whilst still getting up to mischief.

I still enjoy sneaking up and attacking both John and of course Sheba as well as drinking the water out of the garden feature but I am happy to report that I no longer attack and destroy my owners’ garden much to their relief. :1966:

I love going up to the caravan in the lakes and playing in Lake Conniston, on the beach between Ulverston and Barrow and playing in the woods at Cartmel. I also enjoy going for a walk along the promenade at Grange over Sands and calling into the café as the owner always has fresh water and gives Sheba and I a cone each to eat.

As mentioned earlier I am growing into a beautiful young dog and everyone reminds me that I suit my name very much and when I go to the pub with John and Sheba I have a wonderful time. However I was watching the England game in the Pub last Wednesday (the only win we had) and was lying on the floor minding my own business when England Scored and everyone in the pub suddenly started shouting and cheering which startled me and I jumped onto John’s lap and started barking which made everyone laugh. :1968:

I am going now as my lunch is ready (scrambled eggs my favourite yummy) but look forward to seeing you all and of course hopefully my Mummy and brothers on 3 July. Hope you enjoy the latest photos of me.

Bye for now
Bonnie

Bonnie you are absolutely gorgeous, it sounds like you are doing very well with your training and aren't you lucky to have such a lovely best friend in Sheba.

Hope to bump into you on Saturday.

Awwww, how could she not be gorgeous with a name like Bonnie! :1956:

Sheba looks as long-suffering as our Bonnie. They'd be lost without their young charges though. :love6:

Bonnie you are utterly gorgeous and the spitting image of Poppy, the same little mismark areas! Poppy says she can't wait to see you on Saturday and all of her litter mates and Mummy Grayse too!

What beauties :love5: I wouldn't fancy judging the puppy class at fun day. :dontknow:

Come to think of it, I wouldn't fancy judging at all.

Lets face it folks, we all take the best dog/s to the fun day, and we all take the best dog/s home again. :2093:
