,Dads let me back on the computer so I can let you know how I'm getting on
My brother Skye and me are getting on really well now. It was difficult at first because he wasn't used to living with another dog, especially because I am older and a lot more vocal than him.
It didn't help when I had my ear operation soon after arriving and I was really grumpy with having to wear a buster collar for over two weeks.
Skye started to tiptoe around me and even started to hide upstairs out of the way. We had a new beginning when I was better, though, and, if I grump now, Skye just ignores me.
We haven't got as far as sharing the sofa yet but who knows, perhaps one day??????Skye even teases me sometimes
by creeping up on me and poking me with his nose just so that I'll grump at him
Mum and Dad say they can't believe that I'm more than eight years old cos I'm always first in the queue for collars and leads at walk time and dance around in excitment.

At first I was very wary of strange dogs, particularly boys, and got into a few scrapes but Mum and Dad gave me treats whenever we met a new dog so now I know that its good to meet new friends
and I've got lots of playmates to greet on my walks. The exercise has strengthened my back leg muscles as well so I can keep up with Skye now although I still enjoy the odd rest in the long grass.Anyway, thats enough nattering for now, so here are some piccies that I got Dad to take.
This is where I go for my walks every day

Skye is always there keeping an eye on me

but he will insist on pinching both balls!!!!

Its nice to have a rest in the long grass

I always clean my teeth after tea

Do you think I'm going a bit grey?

This is me chilling in my armchair

Well, better be off now cos I've got to help Mum in the kitchen making tea.
Lots of love,
Lucas XXX
