So here I am 1 month on and what a chaotic month I've had. I settled in very fast to my new home and took my pecking orders from my new big sis who after 2 days I had won round !! I was given a big comfy bed, loads of toys, taken on my first of many walks and have gradlually met all my families friends and family.....................all of whom with a few wags of my tail, sitting on their feet and nuzzling up I now feel part of their family too. The children here love me to bits and make just as much fuss of me as they do Jessie.
I went to the vets after a week for a full MOT and my boosters and he found I had an ear infection which with some antibiotics quickly cleared up. I have been back again, ear infection gone, boosters complete and ready to rock and roll.
Then my new big sis had to have an operation to remove a big lump that suddenly got bigger behind her leg..................here we go I thought now she's going to be even more grumpy !!!! I made sure she was OK and stayed close by and she let me !! After a week she was allowed out and by then she was bright as a button again and wanting to play...........even the vets was surprised that she recovered so fast particularly at her age (sorry Jessie !!)
And now I've just come back from my first holiday with my new family. We went off to the Lakes for a week in a lovely cottage with a huge garden. We have been out everyday for 3-4 hours walking and playing(even I was flagging by the last day !!) mainly on beaches because the children love it there and in a few of the national trust parks. I am slowing learning that I can go in the water whenever I want to and my family always encourage me to get in and have a swim. They are still trying to teach me to play with toys but I still can't quite understand what they want me to do with them !!

Message from Owners - now we can get a word in "thanks again for such a great dog as you can see he is already a big part of our family !!" Will post an update in a couple months again 1!!
